Wheat Cleaning System: Beating–>Screening–>Destoner–>Magnetic separator–> Dampening –>Damper bin. Introduction for this flow chart: The wheat come from Farm or local market, it should be cleaned to remove the stones, paddy, ropes, steel wire and so on. then it will be added water by damper machine. before milling, the moisture wheat will be sleeping in moisture bin 6-12 hours.
Flour Milling System: Automatic Roller Milling–> Plan Sifting –> Deustor. Introduction this milling section: the automatic roller mill can milling wheat into all grades flour, also with big and small bran. then all will go the plan sifter for grading to go different pipes for packing or returning go to roller mill again. some bran will go out by cyclone. and some good flour will go to packing machine.
Flour Packing System: Manual or Atuo packing are available for 1kg to 50kg bags. this section will be at least one people to operate for giving bags to the machine, and checking sealing. this packing machine is controlled by PLC panel box. on the screen all the details of setting will be showed. the workers can operate it by our manual book.
